VILLAS FAUTEA / Villa Bavella is close to the beach with a magnificent view of the beach of Fautea bay . 

You will enjoy the bar-restaurant on the main beach, the secret beach on the other side of the bay and the promenade to the Genoese tower. You have four bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet, terrace and independent studio . My accommodation is perfect for families and large groups who can enjoy the holidays together while maintaining maximum privacy. Rentals take effect on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. and end on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

LOCATION - Our villa is located in Capo di Stelle, a calm and peaceful area where a dozen families reside. The lane serving this residential area is a private dead end, secured at the entrance by a metal gate. THE VILLA It is a new luxury house, well equipped, air-conditioned and quiet, perfectly isolated from outside noise as from the neighborhood, (triple glazing, respectable distance neighborhood), The huge private parking adjoining the villa, (for two large vehicles), is secured by searchlights with detectors, and is at your entire disposal.

DESCRIPTION - 1 large living room with a pleasant American kitchen, extended by a beautiful terrace, incorporating an infinity pool, with incomparable views of the sea and its Genoese tower. Each room is air conditioned, with its private bathroom and WC. - 2 bedrooms, sea view with private terraces, - 1 mountain view room with private terrace, - 1 more spacious room with private access, 

SECURITY DEPOSIT: (damage to furniture) The deposit of € 1,500 is required in the event of damage committed by the tenant.

BENEFITS - Large terrace equipped with a gas plancha and sunbathing - Infinity pool, heated and regularly controlled, equipped with a security system with immersion detector analyzing water waves.
