This rental takes effect only if all the regulations are honored, otherwise the owner will have the premises again without having to reimburse the amount of the deposits already made.
Security deposit:
A security deposit will be requested on the day the keys are handed over in the amount of € 1,500.00 by check or bank transfer corresponding to any damage to the furniture and a second check or bank transfer of € 200.00 for cleaning.
They will be returned to you on the day of your departure, subject to any damage.
Cleaning is included (windows, bathrooms, floors) but you must return the house, villa or chalet with a minimum of cleanliness, subject to deducting 200 € from the deposit.
The security deposit should not be considered by the tenant as a participation in the payment of the rent. It is only used in the event of damage committed by the tenant. If the amount of the losses exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the tenant agrees to settle the damage after the exit inventory.
State of the premises - Inventory - Household
An inventory and an inventory will be established contradictorily and signed on arrival and departure of the tenant.The villa or chalet is made available after cleaning has been completed, it must be returned in the same condition, excluding the bay windows , windows, floors, bathrooms and toilets which are made by the cleaning lady. Insurance
The premises are insured by the lessor for the fire, water damage, theft part as a non-occupying owner. This insurance does not cover the civil liability of the tenant which remains at his sole expense.
Cancellation of rental
In the event of cancellation of this rental agreement less than 60 calendar days before the date of entry by the tenant, the amount of the rental remains due to the lessor.
General conditions
The tenant agrees:

- Not to sublet the accommodation.
